Snow passes the trigger
Over 2 inches at a home, 1 inch at a business. You are already on a route in driving order, so nobody has to call anyone.
You get a storm text
One message to everyone on the route: crews are rolling. Text back with anything we should know, like a car in the drive or a 6 a.m. shift.
Your stop is cleared and logged
Driveway, apron and walk, with the completion time recorded on our board. If it keeps snowing after we leave, the route runs again.
Anything off gets fixed
A skipped stop carries its reason and gets a return visit. Questions get answered by a person, by text or by phone.

How much does snow removal cost in Macomb County?
Our residential rate is $0.0715 per square foot per visit with a $75 minimum, so most one- and two-car driveways are exactly $75. Commercial lots are $0.057 per square foot with a $150 minimum, and anything over 7,000 square feet moves to volume pricing. Do I have to call you when it snows?
No. Past the trigger (over 2 inches residential, 1 inch commercial) your property is on the route automatically. When a storm starts, clients on the route get a text so they know crews are rolling.
How will I know you are coming?
You get a storm text when the route starts, and you can text back: replies land in the inbox our office works from, attached to your account. We do not show a live GPS dot or a countdown, because at 4 a.m. in a storm an ETA is a guess. We tell you what we know and we answer.
What happens if you cannot clear my driveway?
If a car is parked across the apron or a gate is locked, the stop is marked skipped on our route board with the reason, the office texts you, and the crew comes back after the route. A skip is never silently dropped.
Do you plow commercial parking lots?
Yes: retail plazas, offices, medical buildings, churches, HOAs and apartment communities. Commercial sites run a 1-inch trigger, accessible parking is cleared first, every visit is timestamped, and we carry $2,000,000 in general liability. See commercial snow removal.
