Estimates from the tools on this site

The snow removal calculator produces a genuine quote based on the property size you select or measure. It is binding on us once we have confirmed the property, and we confirm before any work begins. If the property turns out to be materially different from what was selected - a substantially larger driveway, an inaccessible site, unusual conditions - we tell you the revised number before we service it, never afterwards on an invoice.

Satellite measurements are as accurate as the imagery, which is generally very good but can be out of date. We verify on site.

The AI hardscape preview

Images produced by the AI preview are concepts for discussion. They are not construction drawings, not to scale, and not a representation that a specific design can be built on your property for a specific price. Buildability depends on grade, drainage, soil, setbacks and local code - which is what the on-site design visit is for.

Use of the tool is subject to fair use. We cap renders per browser per day to keep it available and affordable for everyone.

Pricing

Published rates apply to standard service within Macomb County and may change with notice. A quoted project price is fixed once accepted. Snow rates published on this site apply to the season indicated.

Workmanship warranty

Hardscape installations carry a workmanship warranty, with its terms set out in your project proposal. It covers our work. Material defects are covered by the manufacturer's own warranty, supplied with your material package. Damage from causes outside our control - vehicle impact, third-party excavation, alterations by others - is not covered.
