What time will my driveway be cleared?
Our goal is clear by 7am for residential routes, and before opening for commercial accounts. We stage equipment before forecast storms and start overnight. On a multi-day event we come back.
Do you salt as well as plow?
Yes — walks, steps, porches and ice-prone approaches. Salting is quoted alongside your plow price rather than bundled in, so you only pay for it when you want it. Ask when you book.
Do you offer seasonal contracts instead of per-visit?
We do. Seasonal pricing is built from your measured square footage and how your property actually behaves in a storm, so we quote it directly rather than posting a number that would be wrong for half our customers. What happens if it snows all day?
On heavy events we run repeat passes and push the banks back before they harden. You are billed per visit, and we tell you up front how many passes a storm like that normally takes on your property.
