What you pay

$0.057 per square foot, per visit, up to 7,000 square feet. Above that, pricing moves to a volume conversation - because on a large site the cost is driven by access, where the snow can be stacked, how many pieces of equipment are needed and how tight the window is, far more than by raw area. Give us a call and we will beat a straight per-foot rate.

Cleared before you open

Residential customers want the driveway clear by 7am. Commercial customers need the lot clear before the first employee arrives, and the walkways safe before the first customer does. We build commercial routes around your opening time, not ours, and we schedule around delivery windows where they matter.

Liability is the real product

The plowing is the easy part. What matters when a slip-and-fall claim arrives eighteen months later is whether anyone can prove what was done and when.

• Service logs. Date, time and scope of every visit, kept and available.
• Salt and material records. What was applied, where and when.
• Weather documentation. Recorded conditions that triggered each visit.
• Insured and documented. Certificates provided to your property manager on request.

Slip-and-fall is by a wide margin the most expensive thing that happens on a commercial property in a Michigan winter. Documentation is what defends it.

Where we stack it

On a residential driveway snow goes on the lawn and nobody thinks about it. On a commercial lot, where snow gets stacked determines how many parking spaces you lose, whether meltwater refreezes across a traffic lane overnight, and whether sightlines at the exit stay safe.

We plan stacking locations before the season starts, walking the site with you in autumn. It is a twenty-minute conversation that prevents the most common commercial winter complaint: losing your best parking to a snow pile that will not melt until April.
