Common questions
How much is snow removal in Macomb County?
Residential is $0.0625 per square foot per visit with a $70 minimum; commercial is $0.057 per square foot. Because the minimum covers everything under about 1,120 square feet, most one- and two-car driveways come in at exactly $70. Use the cost calculator for your own number.
Do I have to give you my details to get a price?
No. Both tools on this site - the snow calculator and the AI hardscape preview - give you a result without an email address, a phone number or a sign-up.
What is the snow trigger depth?
Two inches. Your property goes on the route automatically; you never have to call.
What time will my driveway be cleared?
The goal is clear by 7am for residential, and before opening for commercial. We cap route sizes so that stays realistic rather than aspirational.
How much does a paver patio cost?
$18 to $30 per installed square foot for most projects, so a 400 square foot patio typically lands between $7,000 and $12,000. The cost guide breaks down what moves that number.
Pavers or stamped concrete in Michigan?
Pavers. Stamped concrete is a single slab, so when freeze-thaw moves the ground under it, it cracks - and a cracked slab cannot be repaired invisibly. Pavers flex with the ground and individual units can be replaced.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, with a workmanship warranty on every hardscape install. Certificates are available before we start.
What areas do you serve?
All 26 Macomb County communities, and nowhere else. See service areas.
Do you do commercial work?
Yes for snow and ice - retail, office, medical, condo associations and light industrial. See commercial snow removal.
When should I book winter service?
Before November. Routes are capped by design and they do fill, and booking early locks your rate before the season starts.
Is the AI hardscape design what you will build?
It is a concept, not a construction drawing - the fastest way to find out whether an idea is worth pursuing. Our designers then turn the direction you liked into a scaled, buildable plan with a fixed price.
Do you offer financing?
We can point you at third-party options during the quote. We do not carry paper ourselves, so we have no incentive to push you toward a bigger project than you want.
