Our residential rate is $0.0715 per square foot per visit with a $75 minimum, which puts most one- and two-car driveways at exactly $75. Commercial is $0.057 per square foot. Across the county generally, per-visit residential plowing runs about $35 to $75.

Over two inches for residential, one inch for commercial. Past the trigger you are on the route automatically without calling. Commercial is lower because a property inviting the public carries a higher duty of care under Michigan premises liability law.

November 15 through April 15. Those are the dates we staff for and the dates on the agreement. Snow outside that window happens in Michigan and is handled case by case rather than quietly excluded.

Not below about 15 °F. Rock salt slows badly under 20 °F and does effectively nothing under 15 °F. In deep cold we use calcium chloride, which stays active near −25 °F and costs several times more, or we recommend waiting rather than billing you for a product that cannot work.

We carry $2,000,000 in general liability and $1,000,000 in workers compensation, and we send a certificate before work starts. If an uninsured contractor is injured on your property, that exposure can land on your homeowner policy — it is worth asking every contractor, not just us.

Do not trust us — check us. Ask for the certificate of insurance before work starts. Ask for base depth, aggregate type and bedding material in writing on a hardscape quote and compare it to any other quote. Price your snow on the calculator and see whether the published rate matches what we say on the phone. Those checks work on any contractor, including us.

Not for per-visit service. Seasonal agreements exist and are priced from measured square footage, but per-visit is the default and there is no lock-in. Seasonal is insurance rather than a discount — in a mild winter you will pay more than per-visit would have cost.

Lawn care for a limited number of properties near our existing routes. Pressure washing goes to our sister company, Macomb Power Washing Solutions. We do not do roof snow removal or ice dam work at all — those are separate trades and doing them as a plow add-on is how people end up with damaged shingles.

For snow, yes. The calculator gives you a real per-visit number with no phone number required. For hardscape, published ranges are on the cost guide and a fixed price needs measurements, because a patio quote from a photo is a guess.
