It binds on everything under about 1,050 square feet. As the table shows, that covers most one- and two-car driveways in this county — so most residential customers pay exactly $75 per visit whether their drive is 400 square feet or 1,000.
We could have hidden that behind a higher per-foot rate with no minimum and landed in the same place. The $75 is the cost of sending a truck and an operator to your street in the dark, and it does not scale down with your driveway.
