What you pay

$0.0625 per square foot, per visit, with a $70 minimum. That is the whole rate card. The calculator above turns it into your number in about three taps.

Being straight about the minimum: it covers everything under roughly 1,120 square feet, which is most one- and two-car driveways in this county. So most residential customers pay exactly $70 per visit. Above that threshold you pay purely on your square footage - a three-car drive with a turnaround runs closer to $100.

The $70 is what it costs to put a truck and an operator on your street at four in the morning. It does not shrink because the driveway does, and we would rather say that plainly than pretend a floor is a formula.

What is included

  • Full driveway clearing, edge to edge, not a single pass down the middle
  • Walks and the path to your front door if included in your measurement
  • Clearing in front of the garage door properly, so you are not left with the ridge the plow pushed there
  • Repeat passes on heavy events, billed per visit and discussed with you in advance
  • Bank pushback before the piles harden and start eating your driveway width

Salting for walks, steps and ice-prone approaches is quoted alongside your plow price rather than bundled into it, so you only pay for it when you want it.

The two-inch trigger

When accumulation reaches two inches, your property goes on the route. Automatically. No phone call, no text, no app. If you would rather we came at a different depth, we can set that on your account.

The 7am promise

Our goal is every residential driveway clear by 7am. We hit that by staging equipment before forecast storms, starting overnight, and - the part that actually matters - capping the number of properties on each route.

That is why routes fill by November and why we turn work away in January. A company that takes every job in December is a company that gets to you at two in the afternoon in February.

Questions about residential snow removal

Do I need to call you when it snows?

No. Two inches of accumulation puts you on the route automatically. That is the entire point.

What if it snows for two days straight?

We run repeat passes so you are never trapped waiting for the storm to end. Each visit is billed at your rate, and we tell you up front roughly how many passes an event like that normally takes on a property like yours.

Do you clear the ridge the city plow leaves at the end of my driveway?

Yes. That ridge is heavy, compacted and the reason people give up on shovelling. It is part of clearing your driveway properly, not an extra.

Can I get salting too?

Yes - walks, steps and approaches. It is quoted with your plow price rather than bundled in, so it stays optional. Just ask when you book.

When should I sign up?

Before November. Routes are capped by design and they do fill. Booking early also locks your rate before the season starts.
