Step 1: price it
Start with the snow calculator. Pick the closest driveway size, add walks, sidewalk frontage, porch steps or a second drive, and you get a real per-visit number. Our residential rate is $0.0715 per square foot with a $75 minimum, so most one- and two-car driveways come in at exactly $75. No phone number required.
Step 2: request the quote online
The online request takes about two minutes. You will be asked for:
- The service address and your contact details.
- What needs clearing: driveway, front walk, public sidewalk, steps, a second drive.
- Anything we should know: pavers or stamped concrete, a steep apron, landscape lighting, a gate, a fixed departure time.
- Whether you want storm texts. We ask first, and every message includes a way to opt out.
Step 3: we measure and confirm
Snow quotes are measured from aerial imagery and confirmed on site before the first push, so you do not need to be home. If the measured area and the real one differ, the real one governs and we tell you before we bill.
Step 4: you are on a route
Once you approve the quote, your property goes on a route in driving order. From then on:
- Past the trigger (over 2 inches for homes, 1 inch for businesses) you are dispatched automatically.
- When the storm route starts, you get a text.
- Each visit is recorded with the time it was finished.
Step 5: manage it in the client portal
Your quotes, upcoming and past visits, invoices and requests live in the client portal. You can download estimates as a PDF and contact the office from the same place.
When calling is better
Call instead of booking online when:
- A storm is already underway and you need help today. Online requests are reviewed during business hours; the phone is answered during storms.
- The property is complicated, such as a large commercial lot, a shared private road or a site with unusual access.
- You have questions first, like whether per-visit or seasonal fits you better.
Tips for an accurate online request
- Mention every surface that needs clearing. Walks and sidewalk frontage change the measured area.
- Tell us about fragile things under the snow now, not after the first storm.
- If you must leave by a set time, say so. It goes on your stop notes, and we will tell you honestly whether your place on the route can meet it.
- Add the best number for texts.
